Before representing a candidate,
our professional staff meets with the prospective employee to discuss
education, experience, career goals and salary requirements. We do
not only request references, we follow-up and investigate them. At

presenting him or her to our client. Once through our screening process,
prospects complete a
employment application and skills inventory. Finally,
staff and the candidate develop a resume in our format. When reviewed

The
Match
We
activate our network as soon as you provide us with the job description.
First, we check our database for qualified applicants; from there
we contact technical managers, HR personnel and/or post the necessary
qualifications to our current employees for referrals. When we find
a potential match, a
representative contacts the prospect and provides otherwise confidential
information such as the company name, a detailed job description and
the salary range.
The
Prospective
Once
the prospective employee acknowledges interest in the opening, we
discuss the terms and conditions of
representation thus avoiding problems
of the same resume being submitted by several sources. At this point
we submit a brief introduction that demonstrates the fit between the
prospects skills and the job requirements and a resume &
cover letter providing all details regarding salary requirements,
availability and other supporting documents as requested.
We then follow-up with the hiring company within a week
and discuss any feedback with the prospective employee.
The
Interview
Part
of our service to you is assistance in the interview process. A
representative will guide the prospective employee every step of the
way by coordinating and confirming phone screenings, interview times,
providing profiles to either party, site visits; we even provide directions
to the interview!

For Direct placement, our role ends after the final
offer is accepted by both parties. However, we will continue to assist
the new employee to ensure a smooth transition.
For Contracting, upon Clients request, we can
support the supervisor in providing our employee with training, direction,
evaluation or motivation.

Final
Agreement
Our
role ends after the final offer letter is accepted. However, we will
continue to assist the new employee to ensure a smooth transition.

We also know that conditions change and are amenable
to allowing one of our contractors to become one of your permanent
employees. The fee associated with this contract to direct conversion
depends upon the employees salary and time spent at the current
assignment.
