LTD coverage, by Hartford Group Life Company, is provided for all full-time employees. In case of disability, disbursements begin after the State disability coverage ends (after 90 days) and covers up to 60% of the gross annual salary, income tax free.

also provides a 401(k) retirement plan. All our employees are immediately eligible for the plan and are fully vested. The employee chooses the dollar amount to defer and the fund options which best fit their lifestyle. The deferral amount and allocations can be modified at any time.

All salaried employees are entitled to 8 paid holidays and 12 paid vacation days per year. Vacation time is accrued at the rate of one day per month after the first of each month. Days can be used as soon as they are earned.
